30C Credit
Take the guess work out of your 30C qualification credit by using our new eligibility map. Instantly verify if your site qualifies for up to $100k in federal credit by simply entering your project address. Don't have an address in mind? No problem, you can filter and compare low-income versus non-urban areas and pinpoint exact tracts with ease.

We've added a new layer to the map that displays population density across the U.S. This feature will help you identify areas with high population density, which is crucial for identifying potential charging site locations. You can toggle this layer on and off to see how population density varies across the U.S.

Rebates & Incentives
Upon searching for an address, you will now have access to all available rebates/incentives that a specific address may be eligible for. We filter out non-applicable incentives, displaying only relevant information for your location. This ensures you only see incentives available in the service area of the address you're searching.

Designer Mode
No more screenshots and switching between Paint or PowerPoint to design your charging sites. Designer Mode allows you to draw directly on a live map, offering an interactive way to propose charging site locations. We're also working on a sharing feature to comment or collaborate with stakeholders directly within the app.

This update adds the integration of violent and property crime data compared to national averages. This feature will enable you to accurately gauge project costs, especially when considering safety measures like CCTV cameras. This level of detail will empower you to make more informed decisions, simplifying your site selection process.

Nearby Chargers & Power Service Layer
We've made our "Nearby Charging Station" feature even better. Now you can see all the charging stations within a set distance, up to 50 miles. Our second update adds a new "Power Service Areas" layer. This new addition helps you visualize on the map where different power companies are operating across the U.S.

EV Registrations on a Zipcode & County Level
EVpin now provides you with EV registration breakdown on a zip code and county level for each address search. This feature is currently available in 11 states: CA, CO, CT, ME, MN, MT, NC, NJ, OR, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA. We are working to expand this feature to more states in the coming months.

This week's feature is focused on calculating the 1-mile travel distance from a highway exit, which you may find valuable for NEVI sites. With EVpin, calculating this is now as easy as inputting your site address. You can fine-tune the travel distance by dragging the pins to their ideal location.
